At least, that’s what people thought until the internet discovered the beauty of low-cost cosplay. You’d be surprised at what you could do with some fruit and the right camera angle.
The king of low-cost cosplay is Saengchart, who continues to share his creations with the world through Facebook. Saengchart takes viewers through the whole creation process, starting with some simple items like packing tape and cotton swabs and turn them into characters through the power of body paint and photographic illusions. The costumes aren’t an exact replica of what’s on the screen, but what Saengchart manages to do with the things he finds across his house is incredible.
